No, you can get run to Sanctum cay, there finish mission, then you can get runned in desert missions, you need finish em, and your there

la--> Sanctum--> Sanctum mission--> desert tour--> Elona Reach--> Thirsty river me thinks--> (here u'll have to do the desert mission left and augury rock but augury is easy
